We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice on all large catering orders. For bigger events, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can best accommodate your needs.

Catering orders are available for in-store pickup. Delivery is available through our ordering site for smaller orders, and in-house delivery may be available for larger events such as weddings for an additional fee. Call the store to discuss delivery options.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate custom cupcake and cake orders depending on availability. For specific requests, please contact your nearest location directly.

For a full refund on large catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling the store directly.

We offer gluten-friendly and vegan cupcakes and cakes. Please note that our kitchens are not allergen-free environments.

Yes! Utensils are available upon request. We also offer tiered stands, both rental and disposable, for an additional charge. Contact your local store to arrange display items.
