What types of events do you cater?

We cater a variety of celebrations—including weddings, bridal and baby showers, graduations, birthdays, corporate events, and more! Whether you’re hosting a cozy gathering or a big bash, we’ve got you covered.

Can you accommodate custom orders?

We do our best to accommodate custom requests! If you’re looking for something outside of our standard catering menu, we recommend calling your preferred location directly. Some customizations may vary depending on the store and team availability

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

For a full refund on large catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling the store directly.

Do you offer delivery or pickup options?

Catering orders are available for in-store pickup. For smaller orders, delivery is available through our ordering site. For larger events—such as weddings—delivery in house delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please call the store to discuss delivery options for your event.

What is the lead time for placing an order?

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice on all large catering orders. For even bigger events, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can best accommodate your needs.

Do you provide display stands or serving utensils?

Yes! Utensils are available upon request. We also offer tiered stands—both rental and disposable options—for an additional charge. Please contact your local store to arrange display items for your order.

Do you offer allergen-friendly options?

We offer gluten-friendly and vegan cupcakes and cakes. Please note that our kitchens are not allergen-free environments.
